The invention consists in the tensioning system of bars in the fibrous composite material, a process which enables the creation of a compressive stress state within the element on which work that is contained between the two plates of the load distribution. The invention in question consists of a cement matrix material with mechanical properties and high temperature resistance, reinforced with fibers having high mechanical properties, whether dissolved, whether by incorporation in the composite matrix is not a suitable cement, characterized by geometry and surface finish to ensure the best grip in the cement matrix. The material is obtained by pre-mixing, dry or three phases of the cement component, the two fibrous phases described above, the additional components required for the transfer of desired properties and the subsequent addition of a liquid phase of suitable composition. The invention in question consists of a structural reinforcement system capable of achieving the structural reinforcement of piles in elevation, the consolidation system is implemented through the use of fiber-reinforced composite materials, placed on the existing pole, in order to increase the mechanical properties . The system thus has better reinforced structural and mechanical properties may have a reduced bending deflection of the ends.
The patented system is characterized also by the speed of installation, the flexibility that makes it usable on any basic geometry and the reduced impact on the geometrical structure than the original.
